Prices are in taka. Only active clients count towards a plan’s limit; clients you archive keep their records and free their place. No payment is needed to start; when the trial ends, pay by bKash or bank transfer, monthly or yearly.

Paying
How paying for your plan works
No card, no gateway and no surprise charges: you pay when you decide to stay, the way you pay everybody else.
Start with a free trial
The whole CRM, your own workspace and your own database from the first day. No payment and no card to start.
Pay by bKash or bank
From the billing page in your workspace, send the amount for a month or a year, then enter the transaction ID.
We check it and confirm
We match the payment against our statement. If your workspace had already paused, it opens again for up to 72 hours while we check, unless one of your payments was rejected in the last 90 days.
Late? Nothing is lost
When a paid period runs out, the workspace pauses after a 3-day grace period. Nothing is deleted, and it is all back the moment you pay.

Is there a free trial?
Yes. Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial. You get everything your plan includes, and no payment or card details are asked for to start.
How do I pay for a plan?
From the billing page in your workspace. Send the amount by bKash or bank transfer, then enter the transaction ID. We confirm the payment once it shows on our statement.
Are the prices in taka?
Yes. Every price is in Bangladeshi taka (BDT), monthly or yearly, and paying yearly costs less than twelve monthly payments where the plan says so.
What counts as an active client?
Every client that is not archived. Archive a client you no longer work with and it stops counting towards your plan, with all of its history kept.
Can I change plan later?
Yes. Choose a different plan during the trial or when you next pay. A smaller plan needs your team and your active clients to fit within its limits first.
What happens if I do not renew in time?
After a 3-day grace period the workspace pauses: your clients are not sent reminders and your team can reach only the billing page and Help and support. A free trial that ends without a payment pauses straight away. Nothing is deleted, and everything is back as soon as you pay.
Is there a limit on the email I send?
Email sent through our server is limited to 50 recipients a day until you have paid for a plan, and 500 a day after that. Connect your own Gmail, Outlook, Zoho or other mailbox in Settings and your email goes out through it instead, with no daily limit from us.
