bKash, Nagad and bank

Built for the way clients in Bangladesh pay

Clients here pay by bKash, Nagad and bank transfer, often in parts. Your payment details are on every invoice, each payment is recorded against the right client with its transaction ID, and nothing a client reports is marked paid until you have seen the money.

Your payment details, everywhere a client looks

Enter your bKash and Nagad numbers and your bank details once in settings. They appear on every invoice, in the invoice email and in the client portal, so a client never has to ask where to send the money.

  • bKash and Nagad numbers
  • Your bank account details, as you write them
  • Shown on invoices and in the portal
  • Changed once, updated everywhere

Every taka recorded against the right client

Record a payment against an invoice with its amount, date, method and transaction ID. bKash, Nagad, bank, cash and other methods are kept apart, and the payments page lists everything you have received, ready for whoever reconciles your statements.

  • Methods: bKash, Nagad, bank, cash or other
  • Transaction ID and date with each payment
  • Part payments reduce the balance due
  • One list of every payment received

Client payment reports, approved by a person

When a client pays a renewal, they can report it in the portal with the method and the transaction ID. A typed transaction ID proves nothing on its own, so the report waits for you to match it against your bKash, Nagad or bank statement before it is approved or rejected.

  • Payment reported from the client portal
  • Method and transaction ID captured
  • Approve or reject with a reason
  • Nothing settled automatically

Reminders where your clients read them

An overdue invoice gets an email reminder on its own, and a lapsed renewal is followed up by email, and by SMS on Growth and Agency once you connect a gateway. For WhatsApp, the To send list has the message already written for every client who is owed a word, one tap from their chat.

  • Email reminders on a schedule
  • SMS through a Bangladeshi gateway, on Growth and Agency
  • WhatsApp messages ready to send

FAQ

Questions about bKash and Nagad payments

What agencies ask about this before they start a trial.

Something else? injamam@deenlytics.com

Does the product collect payments for me?

Not by default. Clients pay into your own bKash, Nagad or bank account and you record the payment, so nothing passes through the product and we take no fee. On Growth and Agency you can also let clients pay invoices online from the portal through your own bKash merchant or SSLCommerz account; the money goes to that account, and its fees apply.

Is a bKash merchant account needed?

Not for clients to pay you by bKash. Use whichever bKash or Nagad number you already take payments on, personal or merchant, and it is printed on your invoices exactly as you enter it. Taking bKash payments online through bKash itself, on Growth and Agency, needs a bKash merchant account.

How do I know a client’s payment is real?

A payment a client reports in the portal is only a claim until you approve it. Check the transaction ID against your bKash, Nagad or bank statement, then approve it or reject it with a reason.

Can I record cash payments too?

Yes. Cash, bank, bKash, Nagad and other methods are all recorded the same way, each with its date and an optional reference.

Try it with your own clients for 14 days.

Setting up takes a few minutes, and no payment is needed to start.
