Your domain renews in 15 days

- By email, and by SMS on Growth and AgencyTexts through BulkSMSBD, Alpha SMS, MiMSMS, REVE SMS or your own gateway.
- The margin on every renewalWhat you pay the registrar or host, beside what your client pays you.
Every recurring service in one list
Domains, hosting, Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 accounts and maintenance retainers: add each one to the client it belongs to, with its price, its billing cycle and its next renewal date. The renewals list shows what is due soon, what is overdue and what has been paid.
- Domains, hosting, workspace accounts and anything else that renews
- Monthly, yearly or any cycle in months
- Each service tied to its client and contact
- Due, overdue and paid at a glance
Reminders before every renewal
Reminder emails go out on their own 30, 15 and 7 days before the date for services renewed every six months or more, and 7, 5 and 3 days before for shorter cycles. Change any stage in settings, and on Growth and Agency switch on SMS reminders once you have a gateway. A new workspace starts in test mode, which writes reminders to the log instead of sending them, so you can check the schedule and the wording before you switch it off.
- Three reminder stages, each set in days
- A tighter schedule for monthly services
- SMS through a Bangladeshi gateway, on Growth and Agency
- A test mode for checking before anything is sent
Follow-up when a renewal lapses
If the date passes unpaid, the client is chased every few days up to a limit you set, and then it waits for a person. The follow-up list records who you have spoken to, who has promised to pay and who to call. A client who has said they are not renewing is never chased again.
- Overdue reminders at an interval you choose
- A ceiling, so nobody is chased forever
- Call notes: spoke, no answer, will pay
- Not renewing stops every reminder
Clients pay and tell you in the portal
Clients see each service and its renewal date in their portal. When they pay by bKash, Nagad or bank, they report it there with the transaction ID, and you approve it once it shows on your statement. They can ask to cancel a service there too, so a lapse is a decision rather than a surprise.
- Renewal dates visible to the client
- Payment reported with its transaction ID
- Nothing marked paid until you approve it
- Cancellation requests in writing
Know what each renewal earns
Record what you pay the registrar or the host, often in US dollars, beside what the client pays you in taka. The margin on every cycle stays visible, and a domain you renewed out of your own pocket before the client paid is tracked apart from the client’s payment.
- Vendor cost in its own currency
- Client price in taka or another currency
- Vendor renewal tracked apart from client payment

Questions about renewals

Something else? injamam@deenlytics.com
When are renewal reminders sent?
By default 30, 15 and 7 days before the renewal date for services renewed every six months or more, and 7, 5 and 3 days before for shorter cycles. Each stage can be changed in settings. A new workspace starts in test mode, so nothing reaches a client until you switch it off.
Can renewal reminders go out by SMS in Bangladesh?
Yes, on Growth and Agency. Connect BulkSMSBD, Alpha SMS, MiMSMS, REVE SMS or another gateway with an HTTP API, and renewal texts go out beside the emails. The text is kept short and in English so it costs one message per client.
What happens when a client has decided not to renew?
Mark the renewal as not renewing and every reminder and follow-up for it stops. The record stays, so you can see later why the service ended.
Can I track Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 accounts too?
Yes. Add them as a workspace service with their own price and cycle, and they appear in the same renewals list with the same reminders.
Does a payment the client reports count straight away?
No. A payment reported in the portal waits for you to check it against your bKash, Nagad or bank statement. Nothing is marked paid until you approve it.
