Client portal

A client portal your clients will actually use

Each client signs in to one place that shows what they owe, what they have paid, what renews next and where their support requests stand. Fewer “can you send that again” messages, and fewer payments that go unreported.

  • 14-day free trial
  • No payment to start
  • Pay by bKash or bank
  • Invoices and paymentsEvery invoice with its balance, and a PDF to download.
  • Services and renewal datesDomains and hosting with their next date, and a way to report payment.
  • Support ticketsRequests in writing, with the whole conversation kept.

A private sign-in for each client

Invite a client’s contact from their record and they choose their own password. Signing in also asks for a code sent to their email, so a guessed password is not enough. Each client sees their own account and nothing else.

  • Invitations sent from the client’s record
  • A password the client chooses
  • A code by email at sign-in
  • Each client sees only their own account

Invoices, payments and what is outstanding

The portal’s home page shows what is due and what is overdue. Every invoice opens with its lines, its payments and its balance, and the client can download a PDF or sign it on screen. Payment history sits in its own list for whoever does their accounts.

  • What is owed, on the first screen
  • Each invoice with its payments and balance
  • PDF download and on-screen signing
  • A full payment history

Services, renewals and “I have paid”

Each domain, hosting plan and subscription shows its next renewal date and price. When the client pays a renewal by bKash, Nagad or bank, they report it with the transaction ID, and it waits for you to check it against your statement before it counts.

  • Next renewal date and price for each service
  • Payment reported with method and transaction ID
  • Your approval before anything is marked paid
  • Cancellation requests in the client’s own words

Support requests in one thread

Clients raise a ticket with a category and a priority instead of a message lost in a chat. Your team replies from the support page, assigns it to the right person and closes it when it is done, and the client hears about each reply by email.

  • Tickets with category and priority
  • Replies from your team, in one thread
  • Assign, prioritise and close
  • Email when there is a reply

FAQ

Questions about client portal

What agencies ask about this before they start a trial.

Something else? injamam@deenlytics.com

Does my client need to install anything?

No. The portal opens in any browser, on a phone or a laptop, at your workspace’s address. The client signs in with their email, their password and a code sent by email.

Can a client see other clients’ invoices?

No. Each client’s contacts see only that client’s invoices, services, payments and tickets. Every page and action checks whose account it is before showing anything.

Can clients pay through the portal?

Clients see your bKash, Nagad and bank details and pay you directly, then report the payment with its transaction ID, and you approve it once it shows on your statement. On Growth and Agency they can also pay an invoice online from the portal, through your own bKash merchant or SSLCommerz account.

Does the portal show my agency’s name or the product’s?

Your own. The portal carries your business name and logo at your workspace’s address, and the emails it sends are signed by your business.

Try it with your own clients for 14 days.

Setting up takes a few minutes, and no payment is needed to start.
