Professional invoices in a minute

Add line items with quantity, rate and tax, apply a discount or an adjustment, and the totals are worked out for you. Invoice numbers follow your own prefix, and your usual payment terms and due date fill themselves in.

  • Line items with quantity, unit, rate and tax
  • Your own invoice prefix and numbering
  • Default terms and due dates from your settings
  • A draft stays private until you issue it

Tell clients exactly how to pay

Most clients in Bangladesh pay by bKash, Nagad or bank transfer. Your account details sit on every invoice and in the client portal, so nobody has to message you to ask where to send the money. These payments go straight to your own accounts: nothing passes through us, and we take no fee. On Growth and Agency, clients can also pay online from the portal through your own bKash merchant or SSLCommerz account, whose own fees apply.

  • bKash and Nagad numbers on the invoice
  • Bank account details for larger payments
  • The same details in the client portal
  • Money goes straight to your own account

Part payments, recorded properly

A client pays half now and half next month. Record each payment with its date, method and transaction ID, and the invoice shows what has been paid and what is still due. The payments page lists every taka received.

  • Payments by bKash, Nagad, bank, cash or other
  • The transaction ID kept with each payment
  • Balance due worked out on every invoice
  • One list of every payment received

A reminder for every late invoice

When an invoice passes its due date with money still owed, the scheduled run emails the client a reminder, part-paid invoices included. Nothing goes out for drafts, cancelled invoices or anything already settled. For clients who live on WhatsApp, the message is written for you in the To send list, one tap from their chat.

  • An email reminder once an invoice is overdue
  • Part-paid invoices chased for the balance only
  • WhatsApp messages written and ready to send
  • Every email and text kept in the message log

Bill overseas clients in dollars, report in taka

Clients abroad can be invoiced in US dollars or another currency. The exchange rate is saved with the invoice when it is raised, so last year’s totals do not move when today’s rate does, and your reports stay in taka.

  • Invoices in BDT, USD and other currencies
  • The exchange rate stored with each invoice
  • Totals and reports in your base currency

Branded, signed and ready to download

Invoices carry your logo and brand colours. Clients open them in their portal and download a PDF, Bengali text included, and both you and your client can sign an invoice on screen.

  • Your logo and brand colours on the invoice
  • A PDF your client downloads from the portal
  • Bengali names and notes print correctly
  • On-screen signatures from both sides

Questions about invoicing

Can my clients pay an invoice by bKash or Nagad?

Yes. Your bKash, Nagad and bank details are printed on each invoice and shown in the client portal, and the client pays you directly. When the money arrives you record the payment against the invoice with its transaction ID.

Can I record a part payment?

Yes. Record as many payments as an invoice needs, each with its own date, method and transaction ID. The invoice shows as partly paid until the balance reaches zero, and the overdue reminder asks only for what is still owed.

Can I invoice a client abroad in US dollars?

Yes. Choose the currency when you raise the invoice. The exchange rate is saved with it, and totals across the system are converted back to taka for your reports.

Do invoices support VAT or other taxes?

Each line can carry its own tax rate, and the invoice shows the tax total apart from the subtotal, along with any discount or adjustment.

Can I write invoices in Bengali?

Yes. Item names, notes and terms can be written in Bengali, and the PDF uses a Bengali font so they print correctly, with the taka sign intact.
