Leads and projects
From the first enquiry to the final milestone
Keep every enquiry on a pipeline you can see at a glance, follow up on the right day, and turn a won lead into a client without typing anything twice. Then run the work as a project, billed in milestones, with its costs beside it.

A lead pipeline built around follow-ups
Add an enquiry from Facebook, a referral or your website with what the work might be worth. Move it across your own stages on the board, log every call, meeting and email, and set the date of the next follow-up so it lands on the right person’s list that day.
- Board and list views of every lead
- Stages you name and order yourself
- Calls, meetings, emails and notes on one timeline
- Next follow-up dates and an owner for each lead
Won leads become clients in one step
Convert a lead and its details become a client record, with the history kept joined up. A lead you lose is marked lost with the reason, so the pipeline tells you why work slips away as well as where it comes from.
- Conversion without retyping anything
- The lead’s history kept with the client
- Lost reasons recorded for later
Projects with tasks and deadlines
Set up a project for a client with its start date, deadline and agreed value. Break it into tasks with owners, due dates and statuses from not started to awaiting feedback, so everyone can see what is waiting on whom.
- Projects tied to their client
- Tasks with an owner, a due date and a status
- Awaiting feedback as a status of its own
- Projects in BDT or another currency
Billing by milestone
Agree fifty per cent up front and the rest on delivery, or any split you like. Each milestone raises its own invoice for its own amount, so what a client owes right now is one whole invoice that can be chased, rather than a fraction of a large one.
- Milestones with amounts and due dates
- One click to invoice a milestone
- Paid, invoiced or pending, read from the invoice itself
Costs, expenses and real profit
Record what each job cost: a freelancer, stock footage, a plugin, a tool billed in dollars. Expenses can belong to a client, a project or a service, and costs you pass on can be added to an invoice. The reports page shows income, expenses and profit for any period.
- Expenses by client, project or service
- Costs in USD or taka
- Billable costs added to an invoice
- Profit and margin for any period
FAQ
Questions about leads and projects
What agencies ask about this before they start a trial.
Something else? injamam@deenlytics.com
Can I change the stages of the lead pipeline?
Yes. Name, order and colour the stages to match how your agency sells, and mark which ones count as won and lost.
Can I bill a project in instalments?
Yes. Split the project’s value into milestones. Each one becomes its own invoice when you bill it, and its status follows that invoice from invoiced to paid.
Does it work out the profit on a project?
Record expenses against the project and its income comes from the invoices raised for it. The reports page brings income, expenses and profit together for any period you choose.
Can each member of the team see their own follow-ups?
Leads and tasks can be assigned to a person, and each lead carries the date of its next follow-up, so everyone knows who they are calling today.
